A Private Energy & Sound Experience with Carmelo Aresco, Founder of ASCEND

After five years of focusing on building ASCEND and serving our community, Carmelo is returning to where it all began: working directly with clients in a one-on-one setting.

The Return to Self is a private energy and sound experience designed to help release stress, emotional heaviness, and stagnant energy while reconnecting you with your most authentic self.

Your experience begins with an aura photograph to capture your energy before the session. You will then spend 45 minutes with Carmelo, who combines energy work with the transformative power of sound. Through mantra, prayer, vocal toning, and songs that have supported his own journey, Carmelo uses his voice as an instrument to help create movement, release, and energetic alignment.

Sound reaches places within the body that conversation often cannot. It can help shift what feels stuck and create space for greater clarity, peace, and connection.

Following the session, a second aura photograph is taken so you can witness your energetic shift in real time. One of our Aura Specialists will then guide you through both images and offer insight to support your continued growth.
